| Title | Efficacy and Safety of Adalimumab for Chronic/Relapsing Ocular Inflammation in Patients with Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada Disease |
| Purpose | To investigate efficacy and safety of adalimumab (ADA) treatment for chronic and/or relapsing Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease (VKH) |
| Methods | For 64 VKH patients who received ADA treatment, the medical records were retrospectively investigated. |
| Results | There was no significant difference in BCVA in LogMAR or LFP between the initiation of ADA and 6 months later. However, the SFCT, ICG score, and PSL amounts were significantly decreased to at 6 months later. |
| Conclusion | It was suggested that ADA is effective for exacerbation and recurrence of VKH refractory to conventional treatments, and is generally well tolerated with no serious adverse events. |
