Register for the IOIS 2025 Congress

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN 


Register for the Main Congress and/or Pre-congress Course.

Everyone attending the congress must register and pay the registration fee, whether or not you are presenting a poster or a paper. This rule does not apply to invited speakers. 

Invited speakers need to be IOIS member and have paid the membership 2025. The registration is waived.

*In order to benefit from reduced registration as a member you need to be "a member in good standing" having paid Membership in 2024 and 2025.
**Gala Dinner will take place on Friday evening June 27, 2025 at the Faro Beach Club.

HOW TO Register

Step 1
Make sure you have signed up for a personal IOIS account and login. If you haven't got an IOIS account please click on the purple "Create Account" button and follow the instructions. 

Step 2
Once logged in go to "My Account" and select "My Payments" in the dropdown menu. 

Step 3
Click on the button "Register for IOIS 2025 Congress" and select the items you want to register for. Once the items are selected click on "I want to pay ... EUR" and follow the instructions.

Registration payments should be made by credit card through our secured website, see privacy policy for more details. 


Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds up to 75% of the advance registration fee will be granted for cancellations received in writing prior to March 31, 2025. Refunds will not be granted for later cancellations or no-shows.
