Welcome to the IOIS 2027 registration overview. While you can review the rates, categories, and policies below, official registration will formally open in early October 2026.
Everyone attending the congress must register and pay the registration fee, whether or not you are presenting a poster or a paper. This rule does not apply to invited speakers.
PLEASE NOTE
PRE-REGISTRATION through your IOIS account IS REQUIRED. Onsite registration will not be available.
Invited speakers need to be IOIS member and have paid the membership 2027. The registration is waived.

HOW TO REGISTER
Step 1
Make sure you have signed up for a personal IOIS account and login. If you haven't got an IOIS account please click on the link "New ? CREATE ACCOUNT" in the top blue banner and follow the instructions.
Step 2
Once logged in go to "My Account" and select "My Payments" in the dropdown menu.
Step 3
Click on the button "Register for IOIS 2027 Congress" and select the items you want to register for. Once the items are selected click on "I want to pay ... EUR" and follow the instructions.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Refunds up to 75% of the advance registration fee will be granted for cancellations received in writing prior to March 31, 2027. Refunds will not be granted for later cancellations or no-shows.
